Plextor Europe to launch its last unit also faster internal SATA DVD burner, known as the PX-880SA. Comes with a new improved Plextor chassis design that reduces noise and improves the quality of writing, Plextor PX-880SA provides up to 4 hours of recording time high quality video on a 8.5 GB disc.

While burning at 24x, the air flow can cause inconvenient acoustic noise within other chassis on the market. Plextor new DVD burner drive design regulates the air flow, reduces the amount of noise created, while improving the quality of reading and writing.

The PX-880SA has a number of features, including PlexEraser, PlexUTILITIES, LightScribe technology, and much more. It even bundles Nero 9 Essentials burning software for all your digital media needs. It will be available from end of September 2009 at Plextor’s distribution partners.
