HP Japan has announced the launch of its 10.1-inch mini notebook, called the Mini 5101. Designed With an aluminum-magnesium alloy body, the new hp mini notebook is comes with an Intel Atom N280 1.60GHz processor, optional either 160GB HDD or 128GB SSD, and run on the operating system Windows XP Professional.
HP Mini 5101 notebook is also equipped with Intel 945GSE Express chipset, 2GB RAM and three USB 2.0 ports. Measuring at 262 × 180 × 23.231mm and 1.2kg weight, the hp mini notebook offers up to 4.5 hours battery life.
HP 5101 Mini notebook is available on the Japanese market with the proposed price is ¥69,930 JPY ($745 USD) for the HDD model and ¥79,800 JPY ($850 USD) for the SSD model. [aving]
