Duracell introduces wire-free charging system, dubbed as Duracell myGrid. This charging pad is capable to charge up a plethora of compatible devices with the right connectors, catering to handsets from Nokia, Motorola and Blackberry. The myGrid will charge cellphones and other devices placed on its surface.
Duracell myGrid also compatible with Apple’s iPods, the iPod touch and the iPhone, as well as MP3 players and portable media players. There is no word on how much the myGrid will cost, the device will be available in October. [ubergizmo]
