Sony Europe will launch a perfect Walkman sound and video quality, the Walkman E440 Series. Coming in at only a 9.3mm thin, the Sony Walkman E440 features a 2-inch QVGA LCD screen, a 5-band equalizer, a high quality FM radio tuner, a touch button broadcasts record and long battery life up to 30 hours.

Walkman E440 is the first E series Walkman has Clear Audio technology by Sony for a dynamic, detail-packed sound stage. Clear Stereo reduces leakage between left and right channels, while Clear Bass delivers powerful, controlled low-end frequencies without distortion.

The Sony Walkman E440 series are supported a range of most music and video formats including WMA and WMV. It will come in black and red colors and available from end July 2009, but there is no word information on pricing.
