Rock intros Xtreme 790 and Xtreme 840 Gaming Laptop

Rock has just introduced two latest Xtreme series gaming laptop, the Rock Xtreme 790 and Rock Xtreme 840. Both of Rock Xtream series boasts 1GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 280M graphics (even in dual GPU mode), up to 6GB of DDR3 RAM, 1.5TB of HDD and a Blu-ray drive.

Both of models also has a Wi-Fi connectivity, four USB 2.0 ports, an HDMI slot and a 7-in-1 card reader. The Rock Xtream series gaming laptop will runs on Windows Vista Home Premium preinstalled, and are eligible for a free upgrade to Windows 7 in October.

The Rock Xtream 790 powered by an Intel Core i7 processors and a 17-inch Full HD display. It will be available at the end of this month for £1,999 or around $3,258.

Meanwhile, the Rock Xtreme 840 powered by Intel Core 2 Duo or Core 2 Quad processors and 18.4-inch LCD display. It will be available at the end of July 2009 for £1,699 or around $2,769. [nexus404]
