Buffalo has announced a new USB 1Seg TV Tuner 70% smaller than the previous Buffalo 1Seg TV tuner, known as the DH-MONE/U2. This Buffalo 1Seg TV tuner come with a 140mA only power consumption. Besides capable to watch TV on the computer or netbook with this smallest 1Seg TV tuner, users also be capable to record videos in order to later watch them on the PC, PS3 or PSP.
