Dell launches Latitude 2100 Mini Netbook
Dell has launched a new line of mini netbook for the education market, known as the Dell Latitude 2100. Comes with 10.4″ x 7.4″ x 1.6″ and weighs 3.4 pounds with the optional 6 cell battery, the Dell Latitude 2100 is one of the thickest, bulkiest netbooks around.
Dell Latitude 2100 netbook features include an Intel Atom N270, a 10.1-inch screen with a resolution of 1024 x 576, 1GB RAM, an optional 16GB SSD to a 250GB hard drive, an anti-microbial keyboard, WiFi, an optional handle and shoulder strap and a selection of optional XP Home, Vista Home Basic and Linux Ubuntu OS. Dell also offers an option docking cart that schools can use to store and charge up to 24 netbooks.
