Photofast has announced the latest G-Monster SSD V4 SLC Series scheduled for available in a mid-April. G-Monster SSD V4 SLC Series are available in 64GB and 32GB versions. Photofast scheduled for release the 128GB version later in this year.

This new line-up of solid state drives provide a 270MB/s of reading speed and a 170MB/s of writing speed. This SSD come with 64MB of internal cache. Photofast has a MTBF of 1.5 million hours for the 2.5-inch SATA SSD.

• 32GB: 46,800 Yen (€365)
• 64GB: 84,800 Yen (€660)

Along With this series, Photofast also unveiled the G-Monster SSD IDE V2 series with a 2.5-inch IDE SSD. This line-up offers a reading speed of 100Mb/s and a writing speed of 100MB/s.

Available in 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB versions, it also features 64MB of internal cache and a MBTF 2.5 million hours.
